Warranties

Protection from costly repair bills

Our Mobility Scooter warranty policies are designed specifically for the owners of mobility scooters and power chairs and offer peace of mind against any possible future costly repair bills. Warranties are available for periods of 12 to 48 months and for new products, commencing immediately after the manufacturer's first 12 month warranty expires. Cover is also available for used machines; with cover commencing 90 days after the vehicle is purchased.

Although our products come highly recommended, sometimes scooters and power chairs, much like anything, will start to deteriorate with age. This depends largely on the amount you use your equipment, how old it is and the way in which it has been used. Although our products are manufactured to the highest standard, a certain amount of wear and tear is inevitable. If your scooter is starting to deteriorate before it's time, we can help. Policies include cover against Mechanical and Electrical Breakdown - no need to worry about costly repair bills which arise, including Parts, Labour and Call-out.

Our warranty includes cover against:

  • Mechanical or Electrical Breakdown - no need to worry about costly repair bills which arise
  • Parts, Labour and Callout - fully comprehensive cover

We also offer an In-Home Warranty, which includes all the above warranty benefits and in addition, cover against accidental damage to your equipment.
